We are so excited to have you join us for our weekend celebration at Hulbert Outdoor Center, a beautiful retreat nestled on the shores of Lake Fairlee, VT. To make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible, we’ve arranged two fantastic lodging options—rustic cabins and glamping tents—both designed to let you enjoy the breathtaking natural beauty of the area while ensuring a cozy and convenient experience.

Room Assignments

Lodging assignments will be made after RSVPs are received. Once we know who’s attending, we will assign rooms based on your preferences and group size. Please let us know if you are planning to share a cabin or tent with others so we can accommodate everyone accordingly.

Cabin Lodging ($200 for Weekend per person)

Hulbert Outdoor Center offers rustic yet charming cabins. Each cabin has four rooms and accommodates four people. These cabins feature bunk beds and have shared bathroom and shower facilities. It’s the perfect choice for families, groups, or anyone looking for a cozy, communal lodging experience with easy access to the main event spaces.

Tent Lodging ($130 for Weekend per person)

For those looking to embrace a more adventurous and unique experience, we also have glamping-style tents available. These spacious tents are equipped with comfortable mattresses and bedding, providing a cozy, nature-inspired stay. Tents are set up in a designated area close to shared bathroom facilities, creating a welcoming “tent village” atmosphere with lake views. It’s a perfect way to stay close to nature while enjoying a good night’s sleep!

If you prefer traditional accommodations, there are several Airbnb properties in the area for a more private stay. Additionally, there are a variety of hotels within 20 miles of the center, so there are plenty of options nearby for every preference and budget. We’re happy to provide recommendations if needed.
